You can display and print a receipt by going to the Receipts page within Account Settings.
To print a receipt, select the transaction from the drop-down menu, then select "Print" in the upper-right corner of the page. IMDbPro members subject to VAT will also see a "PDF Invoice" option to view and print an invoice with detailed VAT information for the selected transaction.
You will need to be logged into your IMDbPro membership in order to access your receipts. To log into your IMDbPro account, go to our Log In page. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the forgot your password link on the login page.
Can I access receipts for my inactive IMDbPro membership?
Yes, in order to access receipts for your inactive IMDbPro membership, please go directly to the Receipts page and log in with the email address and password for your expired IMDbPro membership.
