How are user reviews displayed on IMDb?
By default, user reviews are displayed in Featured review order, which is based on several user inputs to ensure a diverse variety of opinions/perspectives are represented.
Users can also choose to customize their individual display of reviews based on the following:
- Review date (e.g. most recent first)
- Review rating (based on the vote given to the title by the review author)
- Prolific reviewer (most prolific reviewers appear first)
- Total votes (most total votes first)
Do you only feature positive reviews?
No. Featured reviews are selected based on several user inputs to ensure a diverse variety of opinions/perspectives are represented.
